ShelfKept is a single download. No accounts, no cloud sign-up, nothing to configure.

Point it at your library.
Drag a folder in. ShelfKept reads what's there. It does not modify anything yet.

Approve the proposed changes.
You see what ShelfKept thinks should change. You decide what gets written.
System requirements: Windows 10 or later, 4 GB RAM, 500 MB disk space for the app itself. Library size has no practical upper limit — tested with libraries of fifty thousand files.
